Land Rover keys by year

Older Land Rovers use transponder keys with a separate remote. From around 2010, most of the line moved to smart keys and keyless start, with the car security handled by a dedicated keyless module. These newer systems are among the most complex in the trade, and all-keys-lost on them is a bigger job than on most makes.

Losing every key to a newer Land Rover is one of the hardest key jobs there is, and many services will not take it. With dealer-level equipment we handle many of these on site.
